❄ seventh reminder

[ You probably can't solve all of life's problems by covering Mayfield with fliers, and it went pretty terribly the last time she tried something like this, but that is not about stop her. She is determined to find Tavros a girlfriend. Or boyfriend. Or just a date, really. Any date.

So these have been plastered up around the school, and any place she thinks eligible bachelors and bacholerettes might be hanging out. What could possibly go wrong.......... ]

[ ooc; feel free to pop in on her while she's hanging them up, otherwise give her a call if you are interested in this hunky piece of troll. ]

(She's going to blink. While it's really nice of the young lady to do this for a friend, Miss Pauling's been to enough Homecoming Dances back when she was in highschool to know that this probably will not work out well.)

That's...awfully kind of you Miss Jade, but...no offence, would your friend mind if he found out that you're doing this for him? People generally don't like it when others set them up on dates.

How would you know whether the person would make a good date? I mean, it is possible that he might get a good person to go with him but...well, this is addressed to everyone in Mayfield, right? What happens if someone he wouldn't like calls up?

Well, that's very thorough of you. I do wish you all the best for this Miss Jade, but it's only far for me to warn you that in my experience, these sort of things never work out the way they're planned.

Will you be going to the Homecoming as well?

Bowtie?

(She grew up in the 1950s; girls don't wear bowties then!)

Will you be wearing the bowtie with a dress, Miss Jade?

(She's being polite, but she's also slightly weirded out by this.)

But, well...aren't bow ties for the men?
