[The problem is he's made up his mind to try and talk about it, but he can't stop thinking about it now that he has. It scares him a little and he's not sure what he agreed to so he just sort of absently sits and eats handfuls of cornflakes without milk. He does want to talk now, but he probably needs a little pushing if it's going to happen.]
